• گندھک آملہ سار — 10 گرام
• افسنتین — 10 گرام
• مغز نیم — 10 گرام
• رس انڈیا — 10 گرام
• چھلکا ریٹھا — 10 گرام

ترکیب تیاری:
گندھک کو خوب کھرل کریں یہاں تک کہ غبار کی طرح نرم ہو جائے۔ پھر باقی تمام اجزاء باریک پیس کر اس میں شامل کریں۔ بعد ازاں نخودی سائز کی گولیاں بنا لیں۔

مقدار خوراک:
1 تا 2 گولیاں صبح، دوپہر اور شام۔

• Neem Kernel — 10 g
• Ras India — 10 g
• Soapnut Peel (Reetha) — 10 g

Method of Preparation:
Grind sulphur (Gandhak) thoroughly until it becomes fine like dust. Grind all other ingredients separately and mix together. Prepare chickpea-sized (small) pills.

Dosage:
Take 1–2 pills, three times daily (morning, noon, evening).
